Stacy & Brian Alcorn / Wedding at Crooked Vine Winery in Livermore
We also worked with Amos to rent lounge furniture and uplights. Those services also worked out wonderfully, and we'd recommend them to those interested as well. Go to one of their open house events and see for yourself all the great additional services that Amos can offer.
Joey & Rachel Vallerga / Wedding in Brentwood, CA
We had used Amos Productions for our Wedding in 2008 and were extremely happy to have DJ Hector.
DJ Hector is by far one of the best! He was our DJ at our wedding and everyone LOVED HIM! He knows how to work a crowd and I got more compliments about our music than I ever thought possible. You would be considered LUCKY to have him DJ.
We were very happy about Amos ;)

Then I started working with Nicole and she was so great in helping me navigate the website, etc. She was able to answer all my questions and again I knew I had made the right choice.
And as for Ben... 2 weeks before our wedding I quit my job to go to a new company thinking that was a good time to do it so that I had some time right before the wedding to finish up the final details. Well for me that wasn't the case and instead I felt like I lost control and couldn't get anything done.
Anyway I never ended up getting any type of song list uploaded to the website. Ben called me and we talked it through and when all was said and done I told him just to pick the songs he felt comfortable with playing. My fiance (now husband) wanted all country music which would have been ok for some of our guests, but overall people like the classic wedding party songs. Well not giving Ben a playlist was probably the best decision I could have made because I have never seen so many people on the dance floor. He had explained to me when we met at the Open House that he uses a sort of "fishing" method in which he will play a song to see how the crowd reacts and then base the following songs off that. Boy did that work well!
I felt really bad looking back on it because I never stopped to wonder if not having a play list was a good thing for him or a bad thing and if it would cause extra pressure. If he had felt the pressure or was nervous I never would have known. Looking at it now, his confidence was so refreshing and something I truly appreciate.
In addition to Ben not having a playlist to work with, we also got a late start with the ceremony and the reception because the bus (that was supposed to do 3 rounds of pick-up and drop-off) bringing all the guests from the hotel was late. I was so scared that the late start would make people lose their momentum and not want to dance, but even after we started the night 1 hour late, he managed to keep people on their feet for hours. It killed me to have to end the party at midnight, but we very much appreciate his flexibility to play longer.
I never would have imagined that the space we had allocated for the dance floor would have ended up being too small, but that was just the case and we had to push back the head table and side guest tables to allow for more people to dance.
We are now a little over 2 weeks from our wedding day and we still have people telling us it was one of, if not the best wedding they have ever been to. As someone who dreamed about that day her entire life I can't even begin to express how happy that makes me and how special it is knowing that the vendors we selected to be part of our special day were such a big part of making that happen.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Ben and Team for making our wedding truly THE BEST DAY EVER!!!
